ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SERVICES

SummitBridge Consulting Inc. provides professional consulting services designed to assist businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and organizations with strategic planning, operational improvement, business advisory, organizational development, implementation support, leadership consulting, and related consulting services.

All services are customized to each client's needs. Any recommendations provided are based on information supplied by the client and are intended to support informed business decision-making.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful delivery of consulting services. Clients understand that project timelines and outcomes may be affected if required information is delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Clients remain solely responsible for implementing recommendations and for all business decisions made based on our consulting services.

PRICING

Consulting fees are determined on a project-by-project basis based on the scope of work, complexity, estimated time commitment, and specific client requirements.

Pricing may be provided through written proposals, service agreements, quotations, or statements of work before services begin.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, invoices are due upon receipt.

For larger engagements, SummitBridge Consulting Inc. may require milestone-based payments or an initial deposit before work begins.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, ACH transfers, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

LATE PAYMENTS

Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late payment charge permitted by applicable law.

SummitBridge Consulting Inc. reserves the right to suspend work on any project until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Clients remain responsible for all collection costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and expenses incurred in collecting overdue accounts where permitted by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel consulting engagements by providing written notice.

If work has already begun, the client is responsible for payment for all services completed and expenses incurred through the effective cancellation date.

Scheduled consulting sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be considered completed for billing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

REFUND POLICY

Because consulting services involve professional time, expertise, planning, and customized work, completed consulting services are generally non-refundable.

If SummitBridge Consulting Inc. determines that a refund is appropriate under specific circumstances, any refund will be issued at the company's sole discretion.

Refunds do not apply to services that have already been substantially performed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, templates, reports, frameworks, presentations, documents, and original materials developed by SummitBridge Consulting Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

No materials may be copied, distributed, sold, reproduced, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect the confidential nature of our client relationships.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information disclosed during consulting engagements unless disclosure is required by law.

NO PROFESSIONAL LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Our consulting services are provided for business advisory purposes only.

Nothing on this website or within our services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
